Aloha! My name is Nina Rista, a high school math teacher with the DOE here in Hawai’i. Throughout the past 10 years of teaching, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of our ever-changing world on our keikis. With AI rapidly reshaping our world, I’m passionate about providing our keikis with the skills and tools to thrive in the 21st century. That's why I wanted to provide this Edutainment (Education+Entertainment) enrichment program - to offer engaging resources and insights into the exciting world of engineering, but ultimately to help keikis develop the skills to become critical thinkers and problem-solvers, to enhance creativity and innovation. My goal is to spark curiosity and provide a foundation for young minds to explore the innovative possibilities that engineering holds.
